Scottish Access Rights Training Course

< 1 min read

If you want to learn about how Scotland’s access rights created by the Land reform (Scotland) Act 2003 operate and what other access rights there are then this short course is for you. We created this 10 unit online course for outdoor access staff, but anyone will find it useful.

This course is going to provide you with an overview of access rights in Scotland, how access rights work and how Scotland’s access legislation and Scottish Outdoor Access Code can be used to resolve outdoor access issues. It will take you around 6 hours of easy study to complete.

Want to know more? Watch this short video

Do you want to do this course? Great. It is hosted on our behalf by the Open University and you’ll need to create an account on their site before starting the course. Head to the site and get registered now!
