Mediation Scotland are running Mediating Skills for Access and Active Travel on Wednesday 18 March 2026 from 1.30 – 4.30 on Zoom .
The workshop is open to anyone working or volunteering in either sector and provides a practical opportunity to explore:
the common causes of conflict in the third sector and how disputes can escalate
effective approaches to managing relationships and addressing complaints
constructive ways to resolve disagreements before they become entrenched
The session draws on established mediation techniques and also offers clear insight into how mediation works, when it is most effective, and how it can support healthier organisational relationships. The three hour session costs £40 per person.
