SCAN commissioned Donaldson Environmental Consultants Ltd and Grassroutes Ltd to review and update the Competency Framework contained in the Paths for All/SNH ‘Access Officer Training and Development Pack’.
This work will contribute to the future development of a continuous professional development (CPD) programme and will identify the range of key competencies access staff require to carry out their role with the respective links to National Occupational Standards.
This competency framework should be regarded as a ‘foundation’ upon which future work can be built.
